Preventative Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Preventative Maintenance (PM) Planner to join our team in New Richmond, WI.

The Preventive Maintenance (PM) Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and documenting preventive maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment, facilities, utilities, and supporting systems.

The position ensures maintenance is completed safely, on schedule, accurately documented, and compliant with site procedures, quality requirements, equipment specifications, and applicable regulatory standards.

The PM Planner coordinates across Maintenance, Engineering, Production, Quality, Facilities, Procurement, and vendors, with responsibility for PM compliance, SAP/CMMS administration, EICs, Quality Notifications (QN), Engineering Requests (ER), spare-parts planning, purchasing, and inventory control.

What You Will Do

• Maintain maintenance master data in the ERP system

• Identify maintenance needs - create/process/complete notifications

• Identify preventative maintenance needs - maintain & create preventative maintenance plan

• Plan resources on maintenance order - labor, materials, services

• Schedule & execute maintenance orders

• Document work details, spare parts usage, purchases & labor hours

• Manage inventory control of spare parts

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Administrative Assistant Associate Degree or related education and experience

• 2+ years of similar experience in a manufacturing environment

What Will Put You Ahead


* Experience in an administrative role


* Experience with Microsoft Word (Ex: Document creation/editing) and Microsoft Excel (Ex: formatting cells, formulas, tables/graphs/charts)


* Experience in a maintenance department/environment


* Experience with SAP, databases, and preventative maintenance software
