COMPENSATION INFORMATION

Salary Ranges
* Senior Market Analyst: $97,580 – $126,790
* Senior Market Analyst II: $112,190 – $141,400
Overview
The Senior Market Services Analyst ensures the accuracy and integrity of the data that underpins Congestion Rent, Greenhouse Gas (GHG), Market Transmission Use (MTU), and Western Resource Adequacy Program (WRAP) Operations in SPP's Markets+.
This position also serves as a critical link between technical development teams and the broader market design process, translating business and regulatory requirements into application logic and validating that new releases perform as intended.
Beyond its technical contributions, this role supports organizational credibility by ensuring accurate, timely communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
