SAP Functional Transformation Manager

Work you'll do

As a Manager on the GPS SAP business transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting and advancing SAP-enabled transformation initiatives across the implementation lifecycle.


* Lead functional transformation initiatives that align SAP capabilities with finance, operations, and enterprise business objectives.


* Advise executives and program leadership on transformation strategy, target-state processes, delivery priorities, and value realization.


* Lead the design and implementation of standardized, scalable business processes across SAP Finance and related functional areas.


* Establish functional governance, decision forums, quality gates, issue escalation processes, and stakeholder communications.


* Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, automate manual activities, and strengthen reporting and operational controls.


* Manage dependencies and integration points between SAP modules, legacy applications, third-party systems, and enterprise data platforms.

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance


* 8+ years of experience in SAP, ERP, finance transformation, or enterprise systems consulting.
