Work You'll Do

As a Lead Analytics and Insights Engineer II on the team, you will:


* Lead the strategy, governance, maintenance, and enhancement of the Integrated Eligibility reporting and analytics environment supporting Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, and related programs.


* Oversee the development, management, and optimization of executive dashboards, operational reporting, federal reporting, and program performance analytics.


* Manage reporting assets, data transformations, data models, security frameworks, and reporting operations to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and compliance with federal and state requirements.


* Partner with DHS leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define reporting requirements, resolve data quality issues, and deliver data-driven insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.


* Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying reporting gaps, streamlining workflows, rationalizing reporting inventories, and implementing automation and best practices across the analytics platform.


* Leverage analytics tools and technologies, including Snowflake, Power BI, and Informatica Cloud, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that improve program outcomes and reporting efficiency.
