Direct Care Provider

At WCAY, our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) play an essential role in helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live safe, meaningful, and independent lives.

DSPs provide hands-on support in our residential homes while promoting each individual's dignity, choice, independence, and personal goals.

This position is more than providing daily care--it is about building relationships, creating a supportive home environment, and helping the individuals we serve participate fully in their homes and communities.

DSPs work closely with their team, House Manager, and other members of the individual's support network to provide consistent, person-centered care.

We are looking for dependable, compassionate, and responsible individuals who understand that the quality of their work directly impacts the quality of someone else's life.
