Vice President, Business Support Management (Assistant Management)

In this role, you'll help shape team strategy, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of collaboration, development, and continuous improvement.
As a Business Support Manager on the Business Support Management team, you will lead a team of Administrative Assistants and Senior Admins while ensuring efficient, high-quality support for business stakeholders.
You will oversee talent development, workforce planning, and operational execution while maintaining a strong controls environment.
Working closely with senior leaders and business partners, you will help drive process improvements, manage change initiatives, and support business priorities.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead a team of Administrative Assistants and Senior Admins, establishing clear expectations and service standards.
* Manage the administrative team lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and career development.
* Oversee capacity planning, coverage management, escalations, and operational support across business needs.
* Establish effective operating routines and stakeholder engagement processes to support consistent execution.
* Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives to enhance productivity and service delivery.
* Maintain a strong controls environment by identifying risks and implementing sustainable solutions.
* Partner with senior leaders and business partners to support strategic initiatives and organizational change.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* 5+ years of experience in business support, operations, administrative management, or a related leadership role.
* Demonstrated experience leading and developing multi-level teams in a complex environment.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
* Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with a focus on risk management and controls.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing demands, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Experience driving team performance, employee development, and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Experience managing service delivery or supporting client-facing teams with defined service expectations.
* Experience leading process improvement, standardization, or operational efficiency initiatives.
* Ability to drive change adoption and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
* Experience supporting teams across multiple geographic locations or time zones.
