HR Generalist / Business Partner (Part-Time)

The HR Generalist is a sole-practitioner role leading the full scope of Kaiser Studio's human resource's function, including employee relations, compliance, compensation administration, HRIS administration, and organizational development.

This is a hands-on, strategic partner role to the CEO and senior leadership team.

The HR Generalist role is a part-time position (averages 25 hours per week, varying with seasonal volume).
