This roleisresponsible forprocessing, reviewing, and resolving payment transactions while ensuring compliance.

8AM to 5PM (Mon -Wed), 8AM-6PM (Th-F), and 8:30AM to 2:30PM (Sat) on rotation or as neededThis position is fully on site and will require daily travel to Ventura, CA What Youll Do Complete tactical responsibilities as assigned by management which will include but are not limited to: ACHWires processingDraft/Item processingDigital products support Review and process exceptions, returns, and adjustments for ACH, drafts, RDC, and Bill Pay.

Including escalation to management and/or Compliance team for further review when necessary.

Receive and resolve incoming calls from members and branch staff.

Deliver solutions to members with empathy in an expedient manner, explaining products and services, accurately completing required processes/documentation.Perform teller transactions in accordance with training and documented procedures.Process loan payoffs and send appropriate documents to Consumer Loan Servicing department.Performs standard member service clerical duties in the areas of balancing daily activity, researching differences, and ensuring adjustments are made in a timely manner.Perform quality control on various tasks within the assigned tasks of the department.Act as backup for other colleagues within the Payment Services team as necessary.

What Were Seeking Requires 3 years of financial services experience, preferably in a Payment Services and/or back-office support role.Must be proficient in back-office operations including ACH/EFT/Item & Card Processing.

Must be proficient in computer systems (Microsoft Office) and comfortable working with multiple systems and resources at once.

What Will Make You Stand Out Previous Credit Union experience.Working knowledge of these systems Genesys Cloud, Symitar/Episys, and Centrix DTS.A dedication to service, working with organizations that seek to improve the lives of people in your community.
