The North American Development Bank is a binational financial institution established by the governments of the United States and Mexico to finance environmental infrastructure projects along the U.S.-Mexico border region.
NADBank provides technical assistance, financing and other support to advance projects that help improve quality of life for residents of both countries.

As a member of our Human Resources and Facilities Management team, you will serve as a key leader of the units team.
Working closely with the Head of the Unit, the Associate Director is expected to oversee the day-to-day operation of human resources, payroll, benefit administration, recruiting, training, visa processing and facilities management.
The Associate Director is expected to exercise independent judgement, lead cross-functional initiatives, and provide leadership and continuity across all areas of responsibility.
