ABOUT THE ROLE As a landscape construction supervisor, you will be the face of the company to our customers and enhance the customer relationship.

As the subject matter expert in all things landscaping and construction, you will supervise and coordinate all work performed for the customer, maintain quality control, and ensure all work is completed on time and within budget.

You will establish and maintain relationships with superintendents, sub-contractors and vendors in all sites.

You will also be the point of contact with the customers to communicate expectations to the Landscaping construction manager and designer.

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, creating quality work, and meeting customer needs and expectations.

You will keep efficiency and quality in mind, making sure tasks are performed within budgeted hours.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Construction Operations Manager.

You will lead assigned crew members and foremen ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Successfully complete contracted and on-going tasks with quality, efficiency, safety, and accountabilityActively respond to any emergencies, regardless of timeReport equipment problems, unsafe conditions, and accidents to your supervisor and office immediately.
