Associate, Payroll and Rewards Operations

Key Responsibilities


* Partner with the Rewards COE to align on processes and system-related requirements.


* Serve as the primary communication channel to operational teams across global locations.


* Manage and coordinate with external vendors to ensure seamless execution and program delivery.


* Lead Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations as well as support project initiatives.

Handle queries from users


* Participate in and support compensation and rewards survey submissions.


* Drive operational efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Competencies


* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


* Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build automation and streamline processes.


* Good interpersonal and communication skills for global stakeholder engagement.


* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience


* Graduate in any discipline.


* Minimum 1.5+ years of relevant experience in rewards, HR operations, or a related field
