Mid Environmental Professional/Scientist

NIKA is hiring for a Mid Environmental Professional/Scientist to support the VA Healthcare Environmental and Facilities Program (HEFP).

The role is contingent upon contract award and will provide support to various VA locations.

Job Description: Applies knowledge of environmental principles and practices to assignments and related fields.Develops and reviews regulatory requirements/guidance for various scenarios and sampling/analysis results; determines applicability and necessary actions.Has the ability to quickly and without significant notice develop plans and permits as needed.Acts as technical liaison to individuals within and outside the organization with responsibility to act independently regarding technical matters.
