We are seeking an organized, professional, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support our Day Services and Supported Living departments.

What You'll Do Manage the front desk and reception area while providing exceptional customer service.Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.Welcome visitors professionally and courteously.Provide administrative support to department leadership and program managers.Assist with filing, mail distribution, data entry, document scanning, and record maintenance.Maintain office supply inventory and assist with purchasing department supplies.Help ensure office equipment is functioning properly.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and reception areas.Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
