PURPOSE OF JOB Preform General Maintenance activities for all Woodloch Facilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following, other may be assigned Assist with Repairs and Projects as assigned by Department Managers and SupervisorsRespond to Maintenance Requests from GuestsRespond to Maintenance Requests from Housekeeping for Room Guests, Home, and Resort Common AreasPreform Preventive Maintenance Inspections and Repairs at scheduled intervals\Maintain the high Woodloch Standards of Hospitality, Cleanliness and Quality.Daily Coordination of Activities with other maintenance groups and other Woodloch departments.Keep accurate records of work orders, hours worked and materials for billing purposes.Assist other Maintenance Group or Departments as necessaryOther Duties may be assigned as needed ESSNETIAL QUALITIES AND SKILLS Assertive but pleasant, helpful personality.Above average trade specific skills - Including but not limited to: Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Carpentry and Painting Experience with and the ability to use Common Hand and Power ToolsAbility to work from Ladders and High PlacesAbility to work in Team Situations.Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written.Excellent People Skills.Have a positive can do attitude.Ability to Give and Receive clear Direction and Instructions.Use common sense.Have or Acquire and Maintain a set of Hand and Power Tools for you use on the job SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to work all shifts and have a flexible schedule.
