Loader Operator
Job Summary

The Loader Operator is responsible for safely operating a loader to support asphalt plant operations, maintain raw material inventory, and ensure continuous plant production.

This role also assists with plant maintenance, housekeeping, and other operational duties as needed.

Starting Pay $20.00 Per Hour.

Essential Job Duties


* Safely operate a wheel loader to move, stockpile, and load materials in support of asphalt plant operations.


* Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and perform routine equipment checks.


* Maintain material inventory and ensure adequate supply of aggregates and other raw materials.


* Assist with daily plant operations to meet production schedules and customer demands.


* Support plant housekeeping efforts and maintain a clean, safe work environment.


* Perform routine plant maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs when not actively operating the loader.


* Assist plant personnel with troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs as directed.


* Travel and work between multiple local plant locations as business needs require.


* Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.


* Adhere to all MSHA, OSHA, environmental, and company safety standards.


* Perform other duties as assigned by management.

* Ability to safely operate a wheel loader and other heavy equipment.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


* Willingness to work overtime, varying shifts, and weekends as required.


* Ability and willingness to work between multiple local plant locations.


* Comfortable working at heights and performing work on elevated structures and equipment.
