The Senior Global Medical Affairs Leader (sGMAL), Bladder will be responsible for leading the Global Bladder Medical Affairs team and leading the clinical-commercial optimization of our Bladder portfolio, with a specific focus on TAR-200 product development, life cycle management and overall medical strategy and tactical plans to achieve the most optimal and appropriate use of our medicines.

The Senior Global Medical Affairs Leader (sGMAL), Bladder will partner closely with the Regional Medical leaders to address the needs of the regions/countries and ultimately patients, as well as the cross-functional partners from R&D / Clinical Development, Commercial, Market Access and many other key functions to develop an integrated global medical affairs perspectives, strategies and plans.

They will work closely with both commercial and R&D DAS leaders along with the late-stage R&D head for solid tumors.

The Senior Global Medical Affairs Leader (sGMAL), Bladder will guide the team through the development of the strategic and tactical plans and will be a key point of contact to develop an integrated bladder strategy across assets being developed in this area.
