Purpose: The Director, Global Portfolio Strategy & New Business Development reports to the Senior Director, Global Portfolio & New Business Development.

This role sits at the center of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine's global portfolio agenda, helping shape how the enterprise prioritizes, governs, and communicates its portfolio strategy across therapeutic areas, regions, and key functions.

The Director will partner closely with senior leaders across the Global Commercial Strategy Organization and the broader Innovative Medicine leadership team to drive strategic portfolio planning, resource prioritization, performance tracking, launch and lifecycle visibility, and enterprise governance for high-priority initiatives.

The role will also support development of clear executive narratives for internal and external stakeholders, including strategic plan, Enterprise Business Review, investor-facing, and leadership communications.

This leader will bring structure, insight, and operational discipline to complex, cross-functional work, translating portfolio priorities into actionable plans, senior-leader alignment, and measurable business impact.
