The Staff Engineer, Margin Acceleration is responsible for leading complex engineering and Margin Acceleration Program initiatives that deliver cost savings, operational improvements, and strategic business results.

This role manages engineering projects from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational requirements, and customer needs while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities


* Serve as the technical lead for Margin Acceleration Program cost-saving initiatives and complex engineering projects, ensuring project plans, milestones, and deliverables align with business and operational objectives.


* Lead engineering projects from concept through implementation, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.


* Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, resource plans, and key project deliverables.


* Track, maintain, and update project documentation, schedules, risks, and status within project management systems (Wave).


* Conduct investigations into project non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
