As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will design modern, learner-centric solutions that combine design mastery, learning science, advanced AI capabilities, and cutting-edge tools to deliver impactful experiences.

You will partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment with strategy and drive measurable outcomes.

We are especially interested in candidates who bring advanced AI fluency, curiosity for emerging technology, and a demonstrated ability to build innovative solutions - including AI-enabled workflows or agents - that improve learning design and learner impact.

Bring an innovative mindset, continuously identifying new ways to elevate learner impact through emerging technologies and creative problem-solving.

You will:


* Design and develop polished, cohesive learning experiences by applying visual design principles (color, typography, layout), accessibility standards, and user experience best practices to create engaging, branded experiences.


* Explore and apply AI-powered workflows to increase speed, quality, personalization, and innovation in learning design.


* Design, test, and refine AI-enabled learning solutions, and contribute to the development of intelligent assistants or agents that support learning experiences or design productivity.


* Use iterative design and rapid prototyping to clarify requirements and adapt solutions.


* Demonstrate expertise in tools such as Articulate Storyline, Synthesia, and Adobe Creative Cloud.


* Lead design and development of complex projects - partnering with Curriculum Managers and stakeholders to ensure design execution aligns with strategy and objectives.
