Job summary

As a Data Owner Lead in Home Lending Originations, you will shape and drive the data strategy end-to-end-translating business outcomes into durable roadmaps, operating models, and measurable results.
You'll be accountable for delivering data products that are discoverable, reliable, secure, and analytics-ready, while ensuring the data is understood and used to maximize business value.

You'll partner closely with data producers and data consumers to strengthen integration into analytics platforms and improve decision-making.

You will proactively manage data risks across the lifecycle in line with required policies, standards, and control expectations.

You'll help build a culture where data is treated as a product-owned, governed, and continuously improved.

You will sit at the intersection of Product, Data, and Technology, leading executive alignment and driving delivery across multiple stakeholders.

Job responsibilities


* Define and drive the Home Lending Originations data strategy and data product roadmap end-to-end


* Translate business outcomes into clear data product requirements, delivery plans, and measurable success metrics


* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data is understood, integrated into analytics platforms, and used effectively to maximize business value


* Curate and harmonize data from multiple sources to improve consistency, usability, and insight generation


* Establish and enforce governance practices that improve discoverability, reliability, security, and analytics readiness of delivered data


* Manage data risks and ensure adherence to required risk, control, and compliance expectations across the data lifecycle


* Drive adoption of modern data standards and continuous improvement of data quality and operational processes
