Assembler 1

Seeking an Assembler 1 at Won-Door Corporation who will be responsible for assembling commercial door panel sections as part of a collaborative production team.

This position plays a vital part in ensuring that product assemblies meet precise specifications, quality standards, and production goals.

The Assembler 1 must work with attention to detail while following safety procedures and production protocols in a manufacturing environment.Skills & Abilities


* Ability to read and understand work instructions, blueprints, cutsheets, and sketches.


* Proficient in using a tape measure and performing basic math calculations.


* Demonstrates strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.


* Effective verbal and written communication skills.


* Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.


* Able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.


* Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations


* None required.


* OSHA safety training certification preferred.

Education


* High School Diploma or GED preferred.


* 1-3 months of related manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.

Work Environment


* Indoor manufacturing setting with varying temperatures.


* Exposure to noise, dust, and industrial equipment.


* Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required, including eye and ear protection.


* Fast-paced, team-based environment with daily production goals.

* Must be able to perform physical tasks throughout an 8-10 hour shift.


* Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required for tool use and assembly tasks.
