Position Summary: Maintenance is vital for establishing the community's reputation for quality as well as for promoting the safety, health, comfort, and sense of well-being for residents, visitors, and staff.

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for assuring that proper maintenance is performed at his/her specific facility and network directly with the Operations and Administration Director and Director of Maintenance at Home Office.

The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance of their community, including building exterior and interior, grounds, walkways, driveways, and parking lot while tracking and completing preventative maintenance items throughout the seasons.

The Maintenance Manager will be expert in emergency preparation and response duties along with hazard communication procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain resident, employee, and community information in strict confidence (with community management or other employees as necessary).

Assure adherence to maintenance guidelines, including but not limited to: Perform and/or monitor daily community inspections to promptly address maintenance concerns; Maintenance and annual service of community exterior and interior as well as community assets; Monitor maintenance requests daily to promptly address concerns; Perform preventative maintenance according to preventative maintenance program; Manage, order and effectively interact with contracted maintenance service personnel; Implement and assure adherence to maintenance guidelines by performing community repairs and maintenance tasks such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, land...
