What We're Looking For:

Michael Baker International is expanding its Transportation Practice in Alaska and is seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the growth of our transportation design business.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the planning, design, and delivery of transportation projects while building and strengthening relationships with public and private sector clients.

You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experts in roadway, bridge, rail, aviation, environmental, planning, public involvement, and water resources, giving you access to the tools, talent, and national resources needed to deliver innovative solutions.

What You'll Do:


* Project Leadership & Delivery: Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality for a diverse portfolio of transportation projects, including highway, aviation, bridge, rail, and multimodal infrastructure improvements.

Lead projects from planning and design through bid-ready documentation and construction support.


* Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical lead and trusted advisor for transportation design projects.

Guide engineering decisions, design development, quality control efforts, and project execution while ensuring adherence to client requirements and industry standards.


* Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and inspire multidisciplinary project teams to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
