IDD Program Director

Career Details: We are seeking a passionate IDD Program Director to oversee activities of assigned programs/facilities for DD Services.

Thorough knowledge of assigned program(s) is required, including social work theories, interventions, evaluation techniques & treatment systems.

As the Program Director, you will demonstrate leadership skills, in order to ensure clients are engaged on a routine basis, utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques, fostering & promoting healthy decision making and using positive interpersonal skills.
