Logistician II

Tharros is seeking a Logistician to support a Department of Defense customer across the system acquisition lifecycle, providing logistics planning and support in accordance with applicable DoD acquisition policies and requirements.

This role will contribute to acquisition strategy development, technical proposal evaluations, Milestone Decision Reviews, and monitoring of logistics thresholds, objectives, and exit criteria.

The ideal candidate brings experience in Integrated Logistics Support, defense acquisition, lifecycle logistics, and acquisition planning, with the ability to support programs through multiple acquisition phases.

This individual will monitor the development and delivery of critical logistics products and deliverables, helping ensure supportability requirements are satisfied and systems are prepared for successful deployment and sustainment.

Key Responsibilities Provides Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) services IAW DoD regulation and policy, such as DoDI 5000.02, DoDI 5000.75, DoDI 5000.87, and DoDI 5000.91Participates in the evaluation of technical proposals and development of acquisition strategies for system acquisitionsMonitors acquisition logistics thresholds, objectives, and Milestone Decision Review exit criteriaParticipates in all system acquisition phases and Milestone Decision Reviews, as appropriateMonitors the development and delivery of all acquisition logistics products and deliverables to ensure requirements are satisfied in time for deployment
