SAP Data Conversion, Transformation Analyst

Work you'll do:

* Support business and functional transformation projects by gathering requirements, documenting current and future state processes, and maintaining project deliverables


* Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and assist in developing recommendations to improve efficiency, controls, and user experience


* Participate in testing activities, including test script development, execution, defect tracking, and validation of system or process changes


* Prepare status updates, meeting materials, process documentation, and stakeholder communications for project teams and client discussions


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation activities, issue resolution, and adoption of transformation initiatives

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 1+ year of experience supporting business process improvement, technology implementation, or transformation initiatives


* 6+ months of experience with SAP
