Tax Consultant II, International Tax Quantitative Consulting Services

Work you'll do

As a Tax Consultant II, you will work within an engagement team and draw on experience in accounting and taxation to provide tax compliance and consulting services to multinational clients on the tax implications of their international operations; and you will identify complex tax issues and provide tax analysis and recommendations for these entities and their affiliates.

This position involves combining both tax technical and technology skills to bring new and innovative processes and solutions to our clients in order to help them manage their multi-national tax compliance function.

The team

Deloitte's International Tax Quantitative Consulting Services (ITQCS) team helps organizations address complex global tax requirements through technology-enabled solutions, data-driven analysis, and scalable consulting support.

The team works at the intersection of international tax, quantitative methodologies, process improvement, and digital transformation, helping clients manage compliance, improve reporting, and respond to evolving business and regulatory demands.

Professionals on this team collaborate across industries and service offerings to deliver technical insight, analytical rigor, and project execution using tax technology, automation, and data tools.

Qualifications

Required:


* Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week


* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business field


* 1+ years of experience in tax compliance, tax consulting, tax provision, or tax planning


* 1+ years of experience leading engagements, projects, or tax teams
