Centra Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a Director TME Business Partnerships at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbus, Indiana.

This candidate is a leader, manager, and an individual contributor responsible for the following areas of Team Member Experience (TME):  Business Partner relations with the Centra Team through all Lines of Business, Recruiting & Selection, and Performance Management.

* Directs business partnering with Team Members and Supervisors in assigned Lines of Business.

Provides information, coaching and consulting on a range of human resources topics.

Interacts with Centra Team Members to support departments, assess needs, provide problem resolution, and communicates and educates on TME related matters.

Enhances Team Member engagement, reduces turnover, and supports TME’s mission through business partnering and collaborative TME efforts.


* Manages the recruitment and selection process.

Maintains applicant tracking systems in compliance with employment laws, Centra policies, and TME procedures.

Coaches Hiring Managers and TME Business Partners on recruitment and selection.
