Experience Representative (Teller)

As an Experience Representative, youll be responsible for ensuring our members financial needs are met in a meaningful and memorable way.

This role will involve handling member inquiries, processing transactions and promoting our products and services.

Multiple Locations hiring for: Johnston and Altoona.

What Youll Do: UNbanking Member Interaction: Assist members by managing transactions including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashiers checks and opening/closing accounts.

Ensure accuracy in transaction processing and adherence to policies and procedures.

Address member inquiries and resolve issues as needed.

Customer Service & Product Promotion: Patiently provide personalized assistance to understand each members financial needs.

Actively refer members to the appropriate channel within the credit union to best serve their experience.

Educate members on the features and benefits of various banking products, such as loans, savings accounts and certificates of deposit.

Member Support: Update member information and ensure records are accurate and up to date.

Adhere to regulatory requirements and compliance standards in all interactions and transactions.

Utilize credit union software and technology to efficiently process transactions and access member information.

Assist members with digital banking tools and education them on online services.

Schedule: Full-Time: 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation Part-Time: Flexible hours Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation Who Were Seeking: Someone who is self-driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services 1-2 years of cash-handling and/or retail experience A high school education or GED Why Youll Love It Here: UNconventional Culture: At Community Choice, we UNbank.
