Job Title: Banquet Bartender Location: Kenwood Country Club Position Type: Year Round, Part-Time, Seasonal Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager Job Summary: Established in 1930, Kenwood Country Club is the premier family club in the Cincinnati area and one of the top Clubs in the Midwest.
The club offers tremendous facilities including two championship, 18-hole golf courses, tennis, paddle tennis, state-of-the-art fitness center, an expansive pool and pavilion area, and a sophistically renovated clubhouse.
The club has a total of 925 members and remains on a waitlist of approximately two years for social membership and five years for golf membership.

Kenwood Country Club is seeking a Banquet Bartender.
The Banquet Bartender is responsible for setting up and operating bars for special events such as weddings, holiday parties, memorials, corporate gatherings, and other banquet functions at the country club.
This role ensures the bar is fully stocked, organized, and aligned with the specifications outlined in the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
The Banquet Bartender provides exceptional beverage service while creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for members and guests.
Job Description: Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) in advance to determine required liquor, wine, beer, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar equipment.Set up banquet bars according to event specifications and club standards, ensuring all supplies are clean, stocked, and attractively presented.Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and in accordance with standard recipes and member/guest preferences.Maintain a clean and organized bar area before, during, and after events.Monitor alcohol consumption and adhere to all local, state, and club policies regarding responsible alcohol service.Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all members and guests.Communicate effectively with banquet captains, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service throughout the event.Handle cash or process member charges, as required.Break down and clean bar area after events, returning all equipment and supplies to proper storage areas.Uphold the club's standards of cleanliness, appearance, and service at all times.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training preferred.Minimum of 1 year bartending experience, preferably in a banquet or high-volume setting.Knowledge of a wide range of spirits, beer, wine, and classic cocktail recipes.Must be able to read and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
