What You'll Do Create and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences using the Creative Curriculum for Infants and ToddlersFoster children's growth in all developmental domains through engaging and intentional daily experiences Build trusting relationships with children and families through consistent communication and support Provide responsive care by recognizing and meeting infants' and toddlers' individual needs Create a classroom environment that is safe, welcoming, engaging, and culturally responsive Support social-emotional growth through positive guidance and nurturing interactions
