Our Benalla manufacturing site is located in regional Victoria, 2.5 hours north of Melbourne's CBD.

This plant plays a crucial role in our operations, providing energy and automation digital solutions for efficiency and sustainability, primarily Transformers, Kiosks and Switchgear.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Project Execution Specialist to join our team in Benalla, Victoria.

This permanent position will see you playing a pivotal role in leading engineered-to-order projects that support the production of Transformers, Kiosks, and Switchgear.

Key responsibilities will see you:



* Deliver engineered to order projects in line with customer expectations, scope, budget, and timelines


* Manage end-to-end customer projects across Capex and Opex initiatives


* Lead local and global teams across mono-technology and multi-system integration projects


* Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies


* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective stakeholder engagement


* Ensure compliance with internal reporting, governance, quality and project management standards


* Drive project execution efficiency, cost optimisation and continuous improvement


* Apply project management experience to solve complex operational challenges


* Make informed decisions within established policies, procedures, and governance frameworks


* Provide guidance and support to team members on non-routine or escalated matters

About You



* Tertiary qualifications - ideally Electrical or Project Management


* Strong proven project management capabilities and skilled in delivering technical solutions


* Previous experience in the use of SAP and other related digital tools


* Proven ability to partner with varied stakeholder groups and collaborate to achieve outcomes


* Those with previous experience in a similar manufacturing/production environment will be viewed favourably
