Project and Equipment Demand Planning - Modular Data Centers

Description

Industrial Planning leader provides clear visibility on the operations through different factories from Schneider group or outside group integrators in Europe, SAM, MEA and APJ, in coordination with Procurement, Supply Chain, Planners, Project execution and Tendering.

This person will be responsible for the global factory capacity in coordination with the supply chain and planning teams.

This person will have full visibility on current projects and future opportunities, factory planning, resources and upstream supply chain.

Additionally will be coordinating the manufacturing capacity of our own plants and Outside group plants.

This person will report to the Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities and scope:



* Project Coordination: orders, opportunities, factory capacity (IG/OG), workload, constraints, etc.


* Demand planning (IG/OG)


* Work with MDC Tendering team to anticipate volumes, projects and schedule coordination with the plants (IG/OG)


* Map out the status of each factory to balance the right resources and workload


* To work with Industrialization, Supply Chain, and tendering teams to map out flows, capacity, etc.


* Factory and Customer projects' Back Log reporting


* SIOP, DSR, IG/OG orders and sales tracking


* Workload analysis and transfer between factories


* EU OG coordination in preparation for future utilization of the plant


* Asset collector deployment through M2C tool, and installed base tracking


* Digital skills to facilitate and standardize all reporting activities

What we are looking for?



* Engineer, Project Manager


* Experience (3+) in assemblies and equipment integration


* Experience (3+) in project management


* Proactive, organized, solution oriented


* Soft skills required


* Skills to manage projects within different BU, in a complex environment


* English spoken and written


* Microsoft office proficiency


* PowerBI, Tableau knowledge
