Summary: The Program Supervisor (PS) is responsible for supervising and providing on-going support, guidance, and reflective supervision to a team of 4-6 Family Support Specialists (FSSs).

The PS also advocates for TN Voices' (TNV) programs by building and maintaining strong relationships within the communities assigned and serves as an ambassador of TNV through speaking engagements, trainings, and awareness campaigns.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Supervises and evaluates direct reports utilizing reflective supervision guidelines Supports direct reports by accompanying them and observing them during the course of their work Maintains supervisory logs and required data for documentation of weekly supervision meetings Ability to apply for and maintain an active Infant Mental Health Endorsement Status Reviews data system (ex.

Apricot) for all required documentation Acquires a deep understanding of FSS performance to ensure compliance with all contract requirements Participates in program meetings and provides training when necessary Maintains regular and reliable attendance while accurately recording and managing time keeping records to ensure seamless operations and contributions to team productivity Upholds and promotes the organization's values, mission and ethical standards in all interactions and decision-making processes to foster a positive and principled workplace culture Collaborates with other agencies, provides outreach, and advocates for TNV's programs Assures the components and standards of the Healthy Families Tennessee program is met and maintained, and actively participates in all program accreditation processes Respects and maintains confidential information in all situations Hires, onboards, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff in the Healthy Families program Facilitates trainings as needed Participates in agency leadership by helping inform strategic planning process, quarterly site visits, staff meetings, and retreats Follows organizational policies, makes recommendations for change, and leads implementation of changes Attends quarterly site visits in appropriate region Mentors and coaches others within the organization Participates in major fundraising events benefitting TNV community awareness events that promote the agency and its programs, and program activities of the organization no matt...
