Assembler Interiors Reports To: Line/Department Supervisor Location: Cresco Job Summary: Perform a variety of assembly duties within the Interiors Plant Responsibilities: Measure, cut and install turf and rubberInstall in trailer (pre created) componentsPositions and assembles parts according to special instructions, routings and blueprints.Measures parts to specified tolerances.Inspects all parts for cleanliness and flaws.

If flaws exist, completes a nonconforming material report.Using air, power and hand tools to drill pre-established holes in aluminum and steel or attaching aluminum and steel components parts and sub-assemblies together per written or oral instructionsOperates hand tools to fasten plywood to side walls.Operates hand tools to install pre-manufactured cabinetsUtilizing riveter, chop saw and batter powers drill to attaching aluminum and wood trim in and outside of finished productUtilizing riveter, chop saw and batter powers drill to attaching walls, cabinet lining and flooring to finished productInstalling doorsKeeps assembly department clean and free of foreign object damageKeeps production supervisor advised of work status, workload, problems and progress as related to work assignmentsMaintain a satisfactory high level of performance while following appropriate procedures and observing all pertinent safety rules and requirements.

Skills and Experience: Ability to read, write and understand instructions, procedures, drawings and blueprintsAble to accurately read a tape measureOperate basic hand tools Potential Exposures: Regular exposure to manufacturing environment including noise, dust, and hot or cold temperatures.
