Whereis the QAT4 Unify Position?

In ourSwitzerland SE plant (Feller) in Horgen, you will work with a team of engineers and report to the CS & Q manager.

You will workon the manufacturing sitewith switches, sockets outlets and data connectors as core business.

Whatis the Position?

The Quality Assurance Engineer plays a central role in the implementation of Unify, Schneider Electric's new SAP system, at the Feller plant.

The primary focus of this position is to ensure the successful transformation of existing processes into the new SAP environment and to design and implement new processes where legacy practices are no longer suitable.

In parallel, the role maintains responsibility for core quality assurance activities within the plant, ensuring that product and process quality standards continue to be met and improved.

Which missionswill you lead?


* Lead and drive quality-related activities within the implementation of Unify (new SAP system) at the Feller plant.



* Analyze existing business and quality processes and ensure their accurate and efficient transfer into the new SAP environment.



* Identify gaps between current Feller processes and Unify (SAP) standards, defining and implementing optimized future-state processes.



* Develop and introduce new quality and operational processes where existing approaches are no longer effective.



* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, supply chain, IT, and process owners) to ensure seamless integration and alignment.



* Support system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure reliability, compliance, and data integrity within Unify.



* Document updated processes, work instructions, and quality standards.



* Monitor system and process performance after go-live, driving continuous improvement initiatives.



* Perform core Quality Assurance activities, including monitoring product quality, supporting root cause analysis, managing non-conformities, and contributing to continuous improvement on the shopfloor.



* Provide training and guidance to end users on new processes, tools, and quality standards.

What are the qualificationswe are looking for?

Qualifications



* Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.



* Experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.



* Exposure to SAP systems, ideally within transformation or implementation projects.



* Fluent German and English (minimum B1 level)
