Site Program Lead

The Site Program Lead serves as the senior construction leader on multi-site, accountable for the safe, efficient, and on-schedule delivery of all construction activities of this Program The Site Program Lead is responsible for overall construction execution, workforce performance, subcontractor management, site logistics, productivity, and readiness for commissioning.

Site Managers report into the Site Program Lead and are responsible for the day-to-day execution of specific multi construction areas on customer sites.

Owns Installation & Commissioning deliveries across all site construction activities under the HUMAIN program and for all general contractors.

* Mandatory Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.


* Preferred Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.


* 15+ years of site management and construction.


* Proven experience delivering large and complex industrial or mission-critical projects for multiple construction sites simultaneously, operating within multi-customer projects environments and coodinating multiple contractors and stakeholders across complex project portfolio


* Demonstrated experience leading multi-site Data Center programs, including hyperscale campus developments, with responsibility for managing regional or program-level construction organizations and coordinating multiple project teams across dispersed locations.


* Demonstrates strong strategic site leadership, providing clear direction and ensuring alignment of project objectives across multidisciplinary and dispersed site teams.
