What You'll Do


* Direct, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring seamless planning, organization, and execution from start to finish.


* Leverage your expertise and project specifications to accurately estimate the materials, equipment, and manpower required for successful project delivery.


* Utilize advanced bidding software to generate competitive project bids and proposals.


* Travel to prospective sites, assess current conditions, and build strong relationships with site owners and their representatives.


* Develop, submit, and manage bids and quotes, and maintain ongoing communication with owners, contractors, and engineers.


* Track project quantities at every phase, adjusting as necessary to ensure precision and efficiency.


* Prepare comprehensive estimates, proposals, sealed bids, and subcontracts.


* Generate key reports for leadership, providing valuable project updates and insights.


* Lead, organize, and staff key field positions, collaborating closely with regional department heads.


* Establish clear project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards in alignment with company values.


* Monitor project progress through close collaboration with on-site Superintendents, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Proactively address and resolve challenges with creative solutions.


* Represent the company at client and strategy meetings, serving as a knowledgeable and persuasive ambassador.


* Oversee contract financials, including fee payments, equipment rentals, and project expenses, balancing company interests with client satisfaction.


* Take on additional leadership responsibilities as needed-your initiative and adaptability will be key to your success.

What You Bring


* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or equivalent training and experience.


* Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on construction experience; background in design, finance, or management is a plus.
