This West Zone remote role is ideal for a driven professional ready to take the next step in their career.

As aSoftware Project Manager, you will:

Key Responsibilities:



* Lead cross-functional software implementation and upgrade projects from initiation through closeout, partnering with subject matter experts across functions.



* Oversee project stakeholders, schedules, deliverables, risks, and action items using standard project management tools and reporting practices.



* Build and maintain strong relationships with client and partner stakeholders to support project success and customer satisfaction.



* Prepare and deliver installation activity reports, including accurate installation forecasting.



* Monitor project readiness and coordinate equipment and licensing deliveries to support timely, effective installations.



* Review purchase order transmittals, identify unusual service requirements, and coordinate follow-up with the appropriate teams.



* Advise customers on complex facility requirements and changes, including IT security, network and power needs, workstation layout, server requirements, and domain considerations.



* Support customers during implementation by applying established processes and pre-defined deployment models.



* Manage high-visibility customers and projects with professionalism and strong executive presence.



* Manage multiple projects concurrently while identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.

* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication are required.
