Join Siemens Healthineers as a Cyclotron & Chemistry Solutions (CCS) Service Engineer and help shape the technical documentation, engineering change process, and service readiness activities that support our products.
In this role, you'll collaborate with engineering, service, and quality teams to develop and maintain technical documentation, coordinate engineering change activities, support SAP and SolidWorks administration, and help ensure service readiness throughout the product lifecycle.
This position is ideal for an engineering-minded professional who enjoys combining technical knowledge, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to support world-class healthcare technology.
You are responsible for:
* Developing and maintaining new and revised service documentation in collaboration with the CCS Engineering and Service teams.
* Coordinating service documentation with product risk assessments.
* Cataloging and maintaining CCS service documentation while ensuring consistency with Operator Manuals and other technical documentation.
* Releasing service documentation through the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process.
* Processing, tracking, and coordinating ECOs within SAP to support timely implementation.
* Supporting the CCS Engineering team as an SAP and SolidWorks administrator.
* Serving as the primary CCS liaison for Service Engineering & Implementation (SE & ISR) and Fleet Care Fleet Service (FCFS).
* Performing product testing to support CCS engineering projects and validate documentation updates.
* Partnering with cross-functional engineering, quality, manufacturing, and service teams to ensure documentation accuracy and product readiness.

* You have experience coordinating activities across engineering, service, and cross-functional teams.
* Experience supporting CCS products is preferred.
