Clinical Pharmacist – Specialty Pharmacy Onsite
Work Schedule:
100% FTE, day shift.
Monday through Friday with hours varying between the hours of 6:00AM - 5:00PM.
Weekend rotation every 6-7 weeks: Saturday 8:00AM - 4:30PM.
You will work at the Pharmacy Services Building in Middleton, WI.
Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist - Specialty Pharmacy Onsite to:
* Be responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate, and compliant dispensing of specialty medication within a warehouse-based pharmacy operation
* Management of Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) program requirements, overseeing fulfillment of specialty medications for bleeding disorders, triaging medication orders from call center
* Work collaboratively with other pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure timely medication access while maintaining regulatory compliance and the highest standards of patient safety

Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree Required
* Completion of an ASHP Accredited Residency training program Preferred
Work Experience
* 1 year of clinical patient care and orders management experience Required
* 3 years of institutional experience (hospital or integrated health system) or completion of an ASHP accredited residency training program Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
* Licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of Wisconsin within 90 Days Required
* Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 Days Required
* Certification through the appropriate certifying program (Board of Pharmacy Specialties, National Board of Nutrition Support Certification, National Certification Board for Anticoagulation Providers, Specialty Pharmacy Certification Board, etc.) Preferred
