What will you do?


* Support and enhance business applications that enable critical Global Supply Chain operations


* Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions


* Troubleshoot application issues, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions to improve system performance and reliability


* Develop, test, and maintain application features, integrations, and reports that support operational excellence


* Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives that promote development best practices


* Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures to ensure effective knowledge sharing


* Monitor application health and contribute to incident, problem, and change management activities


* Learn and apply emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation and business value

* Recent graduate or early career professional with experience in application development, application support, software engineering, or related roles


* Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders


* Experience working with web technologies, databases, and programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, SQL, or related


* Exposure to application lifecycle support, troubleshooting, incident management, or enterprise applications is a plus
