Job Summary

Oldcastle is looking for a Production Lead for their team in Portland OR.

The Production Lead will provide feedback and will interpret and enforce company safety rules.

This position is a combined leadership and production position with 65-75% of the work day leading a production labor crew.and operating machine equipment as needed.

The additional 25-35% of the work day will be typically spent performing quality, preventative maintenance, and administrative related tasks.

* Estimate material and worker requirements to complete jobs; supervising, training and scheduling employees Coordinate tasks for the completion of operations


* Substitute for workers during worker absence or to relieve work-congested areas Other duties may be required as needed

Job Requirements



* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent


* 3 or more years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced construction/heavy industrial or manufacturing environment


* Ability to manage priorities and workflow


* Ability to perform basic mathematical skills such as calculating percentages and volumes


* Proficient in Microsoft Office


* Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs ocasionally throughout the day


* Flexibility to work weekends as needed depending on customer needs.

Compensation



* The hourly pay rate is $23-$34/hr.
