Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent to join our DePuy Synthes team as a Director, Hospital Operations - Spine to be preferably located in Raynham, MA.

Purpose:

DePuy Synthes is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director, Hospital Operations to lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide hospital operations strategies supporting our Spine business.

This senior leadership role is responsible for optimizing field inventory operations, enabling commercial growth, advancing operational excellence, and ensuring best-in-class support for healthcare partners and sales organizations.

As a key member of the commercial operations leadership team, the Director will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Global Operations leaders to drive strategic initiatives, enhance business performance, and build scalable operational capabilities.

This role will lead and develop a high-performing team while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on operational strategy, resource allocation, and commercial enablement.

* Develop and execute the long-term Hospital Operations strategy aligned with commercial objectives, business growth priorities, and customer needs.
