The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Senior Business Analyst to join our MedTech Finance team.

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, this role serves as the finance lead supporting the DePuy Synthes business in New Zealand.

You will partner with commercial, supply chain, and regional finance stakeholders to provide financial insights, business planning support, performance analysis, and compliance oversight that enable sustainable and profitable growth.

This role offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions through value-adding financial analysis, strategic business partnering, and continuous process improvement.

The Responsibilities:

Lead Business Planning & Performance Reporting


* Serve as the primary finance partner for the DePuy Synthes New Zealand business.


* Provide financial analysis and insights across Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow performance.
