Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager, Health Care Compliance Officer within North America MedTech.

Purpose: This role will support the Cardiovascular business by serving as a strategic advisor and trusted business partner on healthcare compliance matters.

The successful candidate will partner closely with commercial, medical, and functional leaders to enable compliant business growth while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and corporate responsibility.

The Senior Manager, Health Care Compliance Officer will provide oversight and execution of key elements of the Health Care Compliance (HCC) Program and ensure the integration of healthcare compliance principles into business strategies, operations, and decision-making processes.

This individual will proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks, influence business decisions, and drive a culture of ethics and accountability across the organization.

Strategic Business Partnership


* Serve as the primary Health Care Compliance business partner for the Cardiovascular organization.


* Provide strategic guidance on commercial, medical, and business initiatives to ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies.


* Partner with business leaders to incorporate compliance considerations into strategic planning and operational execution.


* Support compliant innovation and business growth through practical, risk-based solutions.

Compliance Risk Management


* Conduct compliance risk assessments and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
