We are searching for the best talent for a Manager, Contract Management, US Orthopedics.

The preference is for one to be based in Raynham, MA, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Warsaw, IN, or West Chester, PA.

Purpose: The Manager, Contract Management, US Orthopedics role resides in the Offer Development Organization and is responsible for being the primary point of contact with Account Management or Field Sales on all aspects relating to contract development, negotiations, amendments, and issue resolution, Reports to Director, Offer Development, DePuy Synthes.

You will be responsible for:


* Manage all contract requests within an assigned geography to support customers consisting of IDNs, group purchasing organizations, collaboratives, government entities, ASCs, and stand-alone hospitals.


* Draft, review and negotiate terms and conditions in commercial contract documents.


* Triage requests and prioritize workload to deliver contracts aligned with account management and field sales priorities; serve as a strategic partner to account management and field sales.
