We are searching for the best talent for a Finance Manager - Global HR, located in New Brunswick, NJ.

Purpose: The Finance Manager serves as a strategic finance business partner supporting Global HR leadership and enterprise-wide HR initiatives and will partner with leaders across multiple HR functions.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, close activities, financial reporting, compliance, headcount management, and business decision support.

The position will also partner closely with regional finance organizations and senior management to provide financial insights, drive accountability, and support strategic initiatives.

You will be responsible for:


* Collaborate with functional leaders to influence and shape business decisions


* Support quarterly business reviews and prepare executive-level presentations


* Manage risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to leadership


* Ensure adherence to financial policies, SOX requirements, and internal controls


* Produce accurate, timely, and meaningful financial analysis to influence business decisions


* Directly supervise a team of analysts and foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement


* Support finance transformation and systems implementation activities
