At DePuy Synthes, we are searching for the best talent for the role of Manager of Commercial Operations to lead the Commercial Operations and Sales Support programs of our Spine business.

The role can be located in West Chester, PA or Raynham, MA.

Purpose:

This role is critical in ensuring the seamless management of field inventory, supporting sales initiatives, and optimizing operational sales functions to foster growth and meet the demands of our FSO and healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities:


* Strategic Operations Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies in collaboration with Field Sales Organizations (FSO) to support sales growth objectives.

Ensure that all operational processes, particularly in inventory management, are effectively supporting the assigned accounts and field territories.



* Advanced Analytics and Insights: Analyze operational data to provide insights to FSO Leadership, ensuring informed decision-making.
