We're hiring a Night Auditor to run our overnight Front Desk and nightly audits ahead of our September 2026 opening — reporting to the Guest Service Supervisor and serving as Manager on Duty overnight.
What You'll Do


* Perform nightly audits and complete daily reports, balanced to zero


* Run the overnight Front Desk — check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest accounts


* Serve as Manager on Duty overnight, working confidently and independently


* Effectively handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with warmth and follow-through


* Communicate clearly with the morning team for a seamless shift handoff

What You'll Need


* High school diploma or equivalent, ideally with front desk, hospitality, or basic accounting/bookkeeping experience


* Comfortable working independently overnight; boutique or lifestyle hotel experience a plus


* Strong attention to detail and composure under pressure


* Flexible availability for overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays


* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Job Type
$18.00 per hour | Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt) | New Orleans, LA
